At Serene Soul Massage Therapy, it is my intention to provide you with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; I will tailor each treatment to client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and repeating guests.
Covid-19 Update: If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness, cancellation charges will be waived. I am taking extra precautions to protect clients and myself. Please wear a mask to your appointment and wash hands in restroom or use sanitizer provided by door. Please make sure your intake form is complete and you have read it for CoVid-19 updates.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $25 for the appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $25 “missed” appointment.
I look forward to serving you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
